I do know that they tend to have their hatchlings in early spring. And they do coil their eggs until they hatch. So Im thinking you would want them to go off of feed sometime in late Novemeber or December. But Im not sure........check NERDs website, I think they have a care sheet on there for Breeding Burms. I also know you have to make sure they are at their sexual maturity, females should be around 9ft. males lil less like 7 or 8 ft.?....and always intorduce the female to the male. then def. put her back in her own enclosure for ovulation. And if it was me, I would def. let her hatch her own eggs. There is something baout her heating them with her body temps that is really good for the eggs...........but agian, I have never breed them, so you may want to search Yahoo, or Google for some in depth info!

Dunno.....suppose you can, but we, with any snake, have always introduced the female to the male...........I did check google and a few said female to male and a few said male to female.........so whatever works right? For us, female to male because I have always been told the males are the territorial of the 2.
